Founder
Andre M. Smith
Built UEG from over four decades of lived experience in the streets, the military, academia, marriage, fatherhood, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
After twenty years of military service and a lifetime studying people, institutions, power, responsibility, and identity, a consistent pattern emerged: people routinely carry burdens they were never taught to manage.
UEG is what he built from those lessons. As founder, author, and creator, Smith transforms them into doctrine, stories, conversations, and tools meant to strengthen those willing to apply them.
