Order in The Court

KINGPIN’S COURT

PODCAST PREMIERES JUNE 2027

Every man has a testimony. Every decision leaves evidence. Truth decides what survives examination.

In this Court, truth gets the final word.

Truth Rules This Court

THE COURT

Kingpin's Court operates as a broadcast courtroom — real-life decisions, mindsets, and actions put on trial, with truth as the final authority.

Subjects range from: identity, relationships, purpose, mental health, culture, social norms, perspective and everything in between.

EIGHT WAYS THE COURT PROCEEDS

Every proceeding runs inside one of eight courtroom formats, each a different instrument for examining an argument and delivering truth.

TRIAL

DEPOSITION

MOTION

HEARING

SENTENCING

INJUNCTION

APPEAL

SUBPOENA

Different Proceedings.
Same Court.
Truth Remains the Authority.

HOW THE COURT COVENES

Dockets, Not an Endless Feed.

It's not built like a traditional podcast running weekly episodes into an endless feed. The Court convenes in Dockets, structured release blocks focused on a single argument or examination, then recesses before the next one opens.

One argument.
Multiple proceedings.
A verdict earned over time.

You aren’t consuming episodes. You’re entering proceedings.

THE KINGPIN

Andre M. Smith

Andre M. Smith is the creator and host of Kingpin’s Court. A husband, father, author, entrepreneur, and twenty-year military leader, he brings decades of experience studying people, institutions, leadership, responsibility, identity, and culture into every proceeding.

He doesn't covene the Court to tell people what to think. He examines the evidence of reality, challenges the argument, and follows the truth wherever it leads.

THE VOICE OF THE COURT

THE HERALD

The Herald is the voice through which Kingpin’s Court conducts its proceedings. Not a character. Not an alter ego. A function of the Court: to examine the evidence, challenge the comfortable answer, and carry each proceeding toward truth.

When the Court convenes, the Herald speaks.
